oklj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. oklj does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and accepts no liability for losses resulting from technical outages, connectivity failures, or third-party service disruptions.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, oklj may forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, real-money balances may also be withheld pending investigation. oklj will provide written notice of termination and the grounds for the decision unless prohibited from doing so by law or regulatory requirement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the oklj Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
